Taking digital pre-orders for World of Warcraft

Blizzard is now taking digital pre-orders for World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor ahead of a newly confirmed autumn launch window. Players who want to boost multiple characters now have the option to purchase additional level 90 character boosts directly through the game for £40/$60 apiece.

Announced in November 2013, Warlords of Draenor features a new continent, lets players build and upgrade garrisons, gives character models a visual update, and raises the level cap to 100, among other features.

The Warlords of Draenor Standard Edition (physical and digital versions available) can now be pre-purchased at a suggested retail price of £34.99/$49.99. The Digital Deluxe Edition (£49.99/$69.99) contains the following in-game bonuses for World of Warcraft and other Blizzard titles, each of which will be made available in-game at the time of pre-purchase:
World of Warcraft-Dread Raven Mount and Dread HatchlingPet: Swoop down from the dark of night on theblack-winged Dread Raven, a mortal progenyof Anzu, and devour your prey in your next Pet Battle with theadorably ferociousDread Hatchling.

A retail-exclusive Warlords of Draenor Collector’s Edition will be priced at £64.99/$89.99. Available at select retailers, it will come with the bonus items featured in the Digital Deluxe Edition as well as a hardcover art book, a behind-the-scenes two-disc Blu-ray/DVD set, a CD soundtrack, and a Warlords of Draenor mouse pad.
